These are some short peoms i have written. They are really bad but at least they are something...
1. The rain came down
I stomped on the groumd
I swerved to the right and
parished in fright.
2. A bird flies
A snake spies
The animals around me
I hear them cry.
3. She is as delicate as a flower
And can be cruched by one
single shower.
The first one is about someone driving in the rain and crashing. The second poem is about how bad animals are being treated and need help or they might go extinct.And the third poem is just describing a girl. I wrote these a long time ago but i stiil remember them because they are so simple.
I wrote this poem when we had the sub. He said he really liked it...
You can not let me sleep,
You run through my dreams,
As if you were trying to tease me,
With that hand i may never hold and
That face I may never see again.
Your eyes are blue like the ocean,
Your hair as red as a rose.
Why do you haunt me with your
Unreal voice and kind smile?
What do you want from me?
You creep behind me like a wolf,
You watch me like a hawk.
You are a guardian angel,
Here to stay and wait.

Speak, stranger and i will listen.

I can not sleep,
I will not dream.
I do not want to torture myself,
With the hand i may never hold,

the mist from the forest floats to the sky and down to the sea
the water is glistening from the sunlight, which shines over the motionless trees
the sense of nature surrounds me, from the limited amount of fear
to the variety of colors which is breathtaking, but taken it won't be here
I wrote this in 7th Grade during a poetry unit
Ironically i wrote this song awhile ago and i just revisited it and realized it talked about being in june.
its called "Invite Nobody"
Its like a Tuesday afternoon
A summer night in June
The midnights shining moon
And I cant sleep
My brain is glued to
This flashing screen
And I need to get some sleep
Before I find myself nodding out
And I seems so far away
When the rest of my day turns to grey
And I don’t know what to say
When I’m falling out and you don’t feel nothing at all

I woke up
Cleaned up my splattered dreams from the bedroom floor
Oh yeah
And then
I looked into the mirror
And couldn’t see much clearer
The spitting image of you
Lookin back at me
And I seems so far away
When the rest of my day turns to grey
And I don’t know what to say
When I’m falling out and you don’t feel nothing at all
These flashing lights
Make me so blind I’ll never be ok
And these horrid sights
They turn my mind down
They never fade away
But then theres you
An angel and a demon
And then theres you
Goin away
And I seems so far away
